Integrity PAC Announces First Paid Media In Support of Endorsed Candidate Ryan Crosswell

Integrity PAC is uplifting former public servants who stepped down during the current administration in running for public office, starting with direct mail in support of Ryan Crosswell

HUDSON VALLEY, NY – Today, former FBI Section Chief John Sullivan announced that Integrity PAC is making its first media spending on behalf of a candidate, in support of Ryan Crosswell, who is running for Congress in #PA07. The PAC will launch with two flights of mail to voters over 50 who have requested ballots and is continuing to raise funds to expand the mail program to other likely primary voters.

Ryan Crosswell is a former Marine who rose to become a prosecutor in the Department of Justice’s elite Public Integrity Unit. Crosswell quit rather than agree to coddle Donald Trump’s corrupt cronies- and then he stood up and testified against the Trump administration.

“Integrity PAC is proud to support Ryan Crosswell in his fight to continue his mission, take back power in Congress, stop Donald Trump, and hold him and his enablers accountable,” said former FBI Analyst John Sullivan. “I launched Integrity PAC because I know the personal costs can be high when you put your country first and speak out, and candidates like Ryan need our support.”

Integrity PAC was born out of John Sullivan’s own experience as a seasoned civil servant and his dedication to the Constitution. But when Trump took office in 2025, Sullivan knew he could not protect the Constitution while working for the current administration. Through Integrity PAC, Sullivan hopes to continue the fight against Trump’s attacks on our democracy and support his fellow colleagues who resigned, retired or were filed under Trump and are running for office.

Previously, Sullivan served as the Section Chief of the Intelligence Workforce Development Section in the Directorate of Intelligence at the FBI. He worked as the senior executive for FBI agents, analysts, and professional staff personnel focused on upskilling the workforce.

John began his FBI career in 2008 as a Surveillance Specialist in the Washington Field Office. He worked his way up serving in leadership positions in New York, Israel and Washington, DC. Through his career he served presidents of both parties, working to combat national security threats from foreign adversaries, terrorists in the Middle East, and drug cartels and human traffickers at our southern border. John left the FBI as one of the most senior gay officials in the bureau.

BACKGROUND: Integrity PAC is starting with an effort to reach Democratic voters 50 and older who have requested or will receive an absentee ballot in mailboxes with two mail pieces beginning as early as May 1. We are committed to making sure that voters know Ryan Crosswell put us and democracy first and will continue to look for ways to expand this program through the primary.
